About ERISAPO and Our Teams

The headquarters of Insurance Erisapo Mirai Co., Ltd. is located in Yoichi Town, and the Sapporo branch is a three-minute walk from Exit 3 of the Toho Subway Line. The expressway has been extended, making it approximately one hour to Sapporo. It has been 36 years since the president established the Shiribeshi General Insurance Office, and we have a wide range of clients, from Sapporo, mainly in the Shiribeshi region, to Tomakomai, Muroran, and even outside Hokkaido. Currently, our employees live in Yoichi, Otaru, Kutchan, and Sapporo, and are available to visit at any time to handle contract procedures and accident response.
With the COVID-19 pandemic as a catalyst, teleworking has become a part of everyday life, and based on the president's idea that the Surface that each employee has is the "office" and the "clerk," each employee is able to handle everything from quotes to application form creation, procedures, and subsequent paperwork on their own. Because we have a mobile printer, we can explain quotes, change insurance details, and complete procedures all at the location where we visit, so customers don't have to wait.
At ERISAPO, we have been supporting employees for the past 10 years by covering the cost of course and exam fees for various qualifications and by providing paid leave for employees to take courses and exams, so that they can voluntarily obtain qualifications and strive to improve their own knowledge. Currently, we have four employees with Level 2 Financial Planner qualifications, six Non-Life Insurance Total Planners, three Non-Life Insurance Planners, six Life Insurance Total Life Consultants, and two F Real Estate Transaction Specialists. At ERISAPO, we believe that knowledge, experience, and "human skills" are important to support our customers' lives and lifestyles through our work as an insurance agency.
