We will strive to create a workplace where all employees, regardless of age, can continue to work in good health both physically and mentally.
To achieve the above goals, we will formulate the following health management measures and regularly evaluate and improve their
implementation.

1. Understanding health issues and considering necessary measures
① 100% attendance rate for regular health checkups
Regular health checkups during working hours
All medical examination costs are covered by the company
For employees undergoing treatment, we will confirm that they undergo tests equivalent to the health check items.
*All eligible individuals underwent regular health checkups for 2024 in June.
We also ensure that employees undergoing treatment undergo tests equivalent to those included in the health checkups.
② Efforts to encourage people to seek medical treatment
If re-examination is necessary, ask to be seen as soon as possible.
Re-examinations and other medical examinations will be handled during working hours.

* Employees who require detailed examinations to be conducted in June 2024 have already undergone or are scheduled to undergo examinations at a nearby
doctor.

Everyone does exercises during lunchtime assembly
To get some exercise during the winter, everyone cleared snow around the office.
* Daily exercises using YouTube have been conducted since April 2024.

<Key goals for fiscal 2024>
Aim for all employees to have a BMI of less than 25.0 by the end of the fiscal year!
According to the results of the health checkup in June 2024, three employees had a BMI of 25.0 or higher.
To prevent metabolic syndrome, everyone will review their diet and lifestyle habits and exercise regularly.
